When it comes to Brooklyn real estate, Jonathan Tager prefers to show rather than just tell. “The proof is in the results,” he believes, which is why this hands-on professional is so effective in serving clients, and managing his agents. A Brooklyn resident for 15 years and real estate specialist for over a decade, Jonathan knows the market and the business inside out. He is a trusted advocate and strong negotiator who ensures the best service and deals for his clients; plus he sets a stellar example for the agents who rely on his expertise.
With a specialty in Williamsburg, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill, Jonathan has navigated the successful purchase and sale of townhouses, multi-family properties and new development condominiums throughout the big city. Aside from the benefit of his knowledge, his comedic nature and vibrant personality make the real estate process – and working with him – both rewarding and lots of fun.
Originally from Montreal, Jonathan grew up in Beverly Hills, California. A natural entertainer and savvy salesman, he previously worked in furniture sales, as a comedian, and as a producer for MTV. Motivated, confident and set out to succeed, Jonathan found his way to real estate, spending the first two years in Beverly Hills before taking on NYC. With his father an interior designer, his appreciation for unique properties is innate, as is his keen eye for style, design, and showcasing properties at their best.
Other than working hard, Jonathan is an avid Nets basketball fan, X-Box hockey player, fantastic karaoke crooner, and serious sneaker enthusiast who prides himself on his extensive and colorful collection.
